Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders and quotations processed by HR Trading Company. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated during the order confirmation process.

2. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via our contact form. Cancellation eligibility depends on the order status at the time of request:

• Before order acceptance: Orders may be cancelled without charge.
• After acceptance, before processing: Cancellation is subject to review. Any charges incurred up to that point may be deducted.
• After procurement or dispatch: Orders may not be cancellable. Return terms as per Return and Refund Policy will apply.

3. Quotation Cancellation

Quotations are valid for the period specified in the quotation document. Once a quotation is accepted and an order is placed, the cancellation terms for orders apply.

4. Bulk and Custom Orders

Bulk orders, custom-sourced goods, and products procured specifically for a customer may have separate cancellation terms stated in the relevant quotation. These orders may not be cancellable once procurement has commenced.

5. International Orders

Cancellation of international orders is subject to the terms stated in the commercial invoice or quotation. Given the documentation and logistics involved, cancellation after processing may not be possible.

6. Refunds

If a cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days, subject to bank or payment-provider processing time. Any bank or payment gateway charges incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
