HR Trading Company provides professional software development, website design, web application development, SaaS product development, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, code, designs, and software, is the property of HR Trading Company and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.

3.2 Client Work Product

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the custom work product specifically created for their engagement, as detailed in the project agreement. Source code, design files, and related assets are transferred to the client upon final payment and project completion.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide timely feedback, content and approvals as agreed in the project timeline
  • Designate a primary point of contact for project communications
  • Ensure they have the necessary rights to any materials they provide to us
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule

5. Project Timeline and Delays

Project timelines are agreed upon at the start of each engagement. Delays caused by the client, including late feedback, content provision or approval, may extend the delivery date. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly and work with you to adjust the timeline.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • All pricing is provided in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
  • Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal and invoice
  • Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HR Trading Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of an engagement. This includes business strategies, technical details, source code and any other materials marked as confidential.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as outlined in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date. Work product completed and paid for will be delivered to the client.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
