Domestic orders may require full or partial advance payment as specified during checkout or in the quotation. International orders require full or partial advance payment before dispatch. Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways. An order is confirmed only after acceptance by HR Trading Company and successful receipt of the applicable payment.

6. Orders and Quotations

All orders and quotations are subject to acceptance by HR Trading Company. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. A quotation does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing. For international orders, payment requirements, documentation, dispatch timelines, and buyer obligations will be stated in the quotation or commercial invoice.

8. International Orders

International orders are accepted only for genuine sale and export of eligible physical goods. Orders are processed after product availability, buyer details, shipping feasibility, export documentation, and applicable compliance requirements are confirmed. The buyer is responsible for compliance with their local import laws and regulations.

9. Cancellation

Cancellation requests received before procurement or dispatch will be reviewed based on order status. Custom-sourced, bulk, processed, or dispatched orders may not be cancellable. Cancellation charges may apply based on the order status and any costs already incurred.

10. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility depends on product type, condition, delivery status, and the terms stated at the time of purchase or quotation. Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be submitted within the defined claim period with supporting evidence. Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–15 business days, subject to bank or payment-provider processing time.
