Sample Case Study
How we approached a CRM lead-management frontend project — from requirement discussion to responsive delivery.
CRM Lead Management UI — Sample Project
This case study is a sample illustration of how HR Trading Company approaches a CRM frontend project. It is not a real client engagement and is published for demonstration purposes only.
A Scattered, Confusing View of Sales Data
The sample business managed leads in spreadsheets, making it hard to see which leads needed follow-up, which deals were moving forward, and what the team's overall pipeline looked like.
The goal was a clean, responsive CRM interface where the team could see key numbers at a glance, review leads in an organised pipeline, and find any record quickly.
Project Goals
- A dashboard with clear, scannable summary numbers
- A visual pipeline to track deal stages
- Fast search, filter and sort for customer records
- A responsive layout that works on desktop and mobile
- Developer-ready structure for future backend connection
Planning Before Building
1. Requirement Discussion
We mapped the sales workflow, the data the team needs daily, and the screens required to manage leads and customers.
2. UI/UX Planning
We planned the information hierarchy: summary cards first, pipeline and tables next, with filters always in easy reach.
3. Frontend Build
We built the responsive interface with reusable components, frontend tables, charts and clean, commented structure.
4. Review & Handover
We reviewed the interface across devices, documented the component structure and prepared it for backend integration.
