Shipping and Digital Service Delivery Policy

1. Digital Service, No Physical Shipping

HR Trading Company provides digital services. No physical goods are shipped. There are no packaging, shipping or courier costs involved in our standard services.

2. How Deliverables Are Delivered

Project files and digital deliverables may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:

• Email attachments for small files or documentation.
• Secure cloud links for project files and assets.
• Repository access where code-based deliverables are agreed.
• Hosting deployment where deployment assistance is included in the scope.

The exact delivery method is mentioned in the quotation or agreement for each project.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on project scope, the number of pages or screens, design complexity and the availability of content and approvals. Timeline estimates are provided in the quotation and are estimates, not guarantees.

4. When Delivery Begins

Delivery work begins after the required advance payment, content and approvals are received. If any of these are delayed, the delivery schedule may shift accordingly.

5. Delays Caused by Missing Content or Approvals

Delays caused by missing content, late feedback or pending client approvals may change the schedule. We will communicate such delays clearly, and the client is responsible for providing content and approvals in a timely manner.

6. Client-Provided Access

Domain, hosting and third-party access must be provided by the client when required for deployment or integration. Without this access, final delivery steps may be delayed.

7. Final Delivery Confirmation

Once the deliverables are shared and the final payment is settled, the project is considered delivered. Handover notes and documentation are included as agreed.
