We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly and work with the client to establish revised timelines.

6. Acceptance and Sign-Off

Deliverables are considered accepted upon written confirmation from the client or if no feedback or rejection is received within the timeframe specified in the project agreement. We encourage clients to review deliverables promptly and communicate any concerns.

7. Returns

As we provide custom digital services and products, returns do not apply in the traditional sense. Custom-developed work is tailored to each client's specific requirements. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
