Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments are intended to be accepted through Razorpay-hosted payment options. For domestic clients this includes UPI and card-payment readiness. Payment availability depends on Razorpay account activation and current availability.

2. Razorpay-Hosted Payments

Where a Razorpay Payment Link is configured, clients complete payment on Razorpay's secure hosted page. HR Trading Company does not collect or store complete card or banking information, and no payment is confirmed without verification from Razorpay.

3. Domestic and International Availability

Domestic (India) payment options such as UPI and cards are subject to Razorpay account activation. International payments and supported currencies are offered only once the payment account and currencies are approved. This status is confirmed before work begins and may change over time.

4. Currency Conditions

Domestic quotations are typically in INR. International quotations can be prepared in USD, EUR or GBP. Currency selection on our website is for display only and is not a live currency conversion. Applicable payment-provider fees or currency-conversion charges may apply and will be confirmed where relevant.

5. Milestone Payments

Larger projects may be split into milestones, with payment due at each agreed stage. Work on each milestone begins after the associated payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Advance Payment

An advance payment may be required before work begins. The advance amount is stated in the quotation. It is applied against the total project value and is subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Taxes

Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as required under the prevailing tax laws and will be shown separately in the final quotation or tax invoice. Per-product tax rates (including GST rates and HSN classifications, where relevant) are confirmed for each transaction in the final quotation or tax invoice and are not shown as a fixed percentage on this website.

International clients are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable in their country.

8. Invoice and Quotation References

Please include the invoice or quotation reference when making a payment so we can match your payment accurately.

9. Payment Confirmation

Payment is confirmed only by Razorpay after the hosted checkout is completed. We never claim a payment is successful using only client-side code on this website.

10. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, no amount is charged. You may retry the payment or contact support for assistance. If you are unsure whether a payment succeeded, contact us before retrying.

11. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment occurs, the excess amount will be handled through the payment provider's standard process. We will assist with the resolution and, where eligible, arrange a refund of the duplicate amount to the original payment method.

12. Fraud Prevention

Payments are subject to the security and fraud-prevention measures of the payment provider. Never share your card number, OTP or banking credentials. We will never ask for these details.

13. Relationship to Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

14. Chargebacks

Please contact support before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact can delay resolution and may affect future service eligibility.
